Well... Depois de umas cutucadas e de declarar meu desencanto tanto pela resposta mentirosa de que a Revell AG sempre usou material de qualidade, bem como a de que seus kits são fabricados localmente (se ampliarem a foto fica bem visível o "Made in China"), recebi mais este Email da Revell AG...

again thanks for your mail and the enclosed Pictures. In this case we have a very Special Situation. At that time, shortly after we bought the Matchbox tool stock, there were some items still produced in China, so we put those quantities into the old Matchbox boxes, where we had the rights to use it for another two years. But very soon we shipped all the molds to Germany and changed the engraving to Revell Germany. We had to do this, because it´s a law and we had to engrave it before we started our production in Poland. You are right, it might have happened, that because pof a cheapßer raw material those items were of a less quality than we usually have, we have to excuse this. But in general, we don´t accept, when you say, that Revell Germany is only looking for profit, not for the Quality. Every year we try to increase the Detail, part Fitting and Quality of our products, every year we recieve some Awards "Model of the Year" for that. And we will also follow this part of our product politics also for all the coming years. Again, sorry for that rubbish model kit, please send it back to us, we will send you a similar product with a better Quality for replacement. We hope, you agree to this solution.
