this is the eduard reboxing of the academy p47d. 

the eduard photoetch and resin turn this into a really nice looking model. I only have a couple of small details left to complete this kit. 

its painted with standard model master paints and the natural metal is alclad. 

the markings are from the excellent 365th fighter group sheet from barracudacals. i also purchased their book on the hell hawks. i highly recommend both.
