I used a cutoff wheel in a motor tool to open the eye of a sewing needle. Insert the shaft of the needle in a pin vise. The eyelet will hold a tiny amount or a large drop of super glue and allow you to deposit it with a pinpoint accuracy.
Wipe it dry with a paper towel after using it. If it should clog, hold it over a flame for a second or two and wipe it clean.
