Resposta to "Chegaram os Russos - Perdas russas durante a guerra na Ucrânia"

Apparently intelligence reports say: “Sanctions have stopped production of the T-14 Armata, Russia's widely anticipated next-generation tank, which was expected to start serial production and delivery this year.”
But having only built like 12 of them and we only ever see 2 or 3 at a time, and the same photos keep doing the rounds it seems like the whole project is a non-starter. A Forbes article said: “With its price tag of $4 million per vehicle, the T-14 hasn’t yet been deployed in combat, with some analysts suggesting the tank is simply too costly to risk losing.”
If that’s true, you have to wonder what’s the point of them? It seems just as likely there are only 2 or 3 that actually run, so sending them anyplace would be kind of ludicrous. They should have made thousands of them by now, and should definitely be using them if they have them, so is the T-14 mostly a fantasy tank?
