Resposta to "Hobbyeasy de Má Fé...?"

Nota:

Os e-mails abaixo, foram escritos (e trocados) na 1ª semana logo após a chegada do kit.

As mesmas fotos acima, foram anexadas no meu primeiro e-mail à Loja e também à Miniart.

 

Miniart já ficou ciente destes e-mails (encaminhados) nos quais a loja faz  comentários e denigre a imagem da fábrica Miniart. Espero que tomem providências!

Dear Daniel,

 

Hello!

Regarding my order from March 19, item "German Tramcar 641", yesterday I received the kit...

However, for my surprise I found inside the kit's box, the plastic bag already 'open' (all sprues lose inside box) and many parts damaged.... (please see all the attached images)

Also the decal sheet is smudged and off record.

The outer (shipping) box arrived 'ok' (no damages at all) and it sealed all around as usual by yellow ribbons (I replaced again the ribbons to show you)... so, the kit departed from Hobbyeasy as is!

Dear customer,

 

The damage was caused by poor mold design poor packaging by miniart. I have checked our stocks and I found that all of them have the same problem. We're unable to supply the parts to you. It is better to contact the manufacturer to get the replacement parts and the decal. Their email is art@miniart-models.com

Dear Henry,

 

I contacted the Miniart factory (with care of Miss 'Alina') and she told me that Miniart is 'closed' now, until end of August... The Miniart's place (City) is in trouble (war) with Russia.

Miniart need to move to another City and CAN NOT REPLACE the parts to me by now...

 

Well, I ordered the kit from Hobbyeasy, once you can not replace the parts too... This is not my falt, so I want my money back!

If you want I can send the kit back but I will not pay the shipping charges again...!!

This is not our fault too.

I hope you understand that we don't have undamaged parts on our hands. All of these kits have the same problem. The manufacturer is responsible for this quality issue.

Ship this kit to the following address and let us know the shipping cost. We will refund to you after he receives this kit.

Hello!

Thank you for the contact.

I understand that the quality issues on the kits are not your fault.

However, Hobbyeasy sold it for me.

I forgot to mention: I paid tax (fees) this amount I will not receive refund from you,  so, I also can't send it back I will waste my money...

 

Concerning the solution, I can not send a 'damaged kit' to the other modeler... do not sounds good!  and 'my name' will turn responsable as the sender...

Remember: shipping charges inside Brazil are very expensive too!

 

I can make a deal with you?

 

You give me as 'credit' for my next order at Hobbyeasy around half of kit price, and I will accept the damaged kit as it is.. and our problem will be solved!

And I will try to fix the parts by mylself... assuming all responsabilities.

For both of us, I think this is a good solution! you will save extra shipping charges or replacement parts, and no longer warries about this kit, once you don't have other perfect kit in stock to replace.

Do you agree with me?

First I asked for refund, but just in time I suggested a deal with you but seams you didn't accept it, nor discuss the matter with me! .. ok!  that's for you.
As you know, I told to you that I will never ship a damaged kit to another modeller, also you will involve my name and person on a trade did by you, although I can't agree to sell something spoiled, do not sounds to me a good way to trade!
How can you sell damaged kits from your shelves?
How did you sold an item wich still mine?
Remember? the kit still mine.. I paid for it.
Prior to sell it, you would had first sent me the full refund, then you can do what you want with it... not the reverse...
Don't mind, I will take my steps!
Once I am one of the very early customers, I'm sorry to hear that Hobbyeasy acted this way.

Consegui o e-mail do referido modelista em questão e fiz contato à respeito, mas ainda aguardo uma resposta dele.
 

Miniart me disse também, nunca ter tido anteriormente alguma reclamação de defeitos sobre este kit...

 

Henry está viajando na maionese... recebeu kits com problemas de frete (se é que é verdade de 'todos detonados')  e agora quer 'desovar' ao invés de contactar o fabricante e solucionar a questão... outorgando o problema à nós consumidores finais!
