Resposta to "Hobbyeasy de Má Fé...?"

Eis a resposta:

Thanks for your message. I feel very sorry about on it. I have discuss with Herry in this issue. He only told little part of the story.

Last week, we received a complaints on a Miniart German Tram kit with damaged parts in various sprues ( Some tiny parts are broken and the tram top are blended. But all the he damaged can be repaired) . Then we open a new kit from our stock and tried to get the replacement parts to send to him. However, we found the new kit have the damaged parts in various sprues too. Then we check all our stock and found all of them have similar problem in various area. We concluded that the damaged are due to manufacturer fault of parts design and packing. Miniart design this kit with many tiny parts but lack of proper protection. This lead to damage in various area in most of the stock. We found that if we send all the replacement, we need to collect good sprues from 4-5 boxes of kits. So, we cannot send the replacement due to this problem and advised that he can try to ask Miniart for help. Unfortunately, Miniart replied to him that they would not send replacement due to the moving of factory caused by the Ukraine crisis. After received the replied from Miniart, he asked for the refund on this kit. We agreed the refund and asked him for help to send this kit to GPPSD instead. After we requested for help to send the damaged kit to GPPSD, he asked us to refund him 20USD for keep the kit and repair it instead full refund. However, we have already told GPPSD we will arrange to send them a free kit. Also, we do not accept the refund 20USD to repair the kit due to manufacturer fault. Then Henry requested him to send the kit to GPPSD again and told him the refund plus local postage cost will be processed once the kit reach GPPSD.

This is the story I learnt from Henry. I do not check what the messages that Henry replied to Jonck actually. But, I am feel very sorry that our communication make our customers angry. In the point of views from Jonck, he have no point to help us to send the kit and pay local postage in advance for us. I will discuss with Herny tomorrow find out a solution.

best,

daniel"
