Bulletin: GSA will no longer store and distribute a variety of color samples related to FED-STD-595. Until January 31, 2014, the following items are available at dramatically reduced prices:

Product Descriptions:
Fan Deck:- 650 color swatches, 2” x ½” in size. Also available using NSN 7690-01-162-2210 to federal customers via GSA Global Supply’s normal ordering methods.
Color Chips: Individual 3” x 5” cards in protective envelopes. Each card is stamped, on the back, with relevant color number.
Color Sets: Complete set of 650 3” x 5” cards, with cards individually wrapped and marked with relevant color number.
Color Book: The book provides 650 colors for general color representation only. Each color is 1” x ½” and they are arranged by hue family, with flat, semigloss and gloss in separate columns as applicable.

GSA's Federal Acquisition Service will no longer provide Fed-Std-595 media in the form of physical color reference chips and chip-sets, the Fed-Std-595 color book and a color fandeck. GSA continues to provide Fed-Std-595 color data in digital format, but will transition ownership of the relevant standard to SAE International during calendar year 2014.
