A mais valiosa casa de bonecas do mundo, $8.5 milhÕes de dÓlares, serÁ exposta pela primeira vez.

A Casa de Bonecas Castelo Astolat foi projetada e construÍda por 13 anos pela artista miniaturista, residente no Colorado, Elaine Diehl.

Ela iniciou o trabalho nos anos 1980, inspirada no poema de Tennyson, Lady of Shallot e buscou peÇas de decoraÇão do mundo todo para elaborar mais de 10.000 itens de interior feitos à mão, os quais ela combinou com mÓveis e aparatos decorativos de casas de boneca antigas.

Alguns dos itens dessa casa tem preÇos muito altos.

Um pequeno e delicado piano de cauda vale $7.000, uma diminuta BÍblia de 1811 vale milhares de dÓlares e uma secretÁria vale mais de $5.000. Uma pintura pintada com um pincel de um pelo vale $1840;

A casa de 29 cÔmodos serÁ exibida ao público como parte de um evento de caridade para Autistas e outros eventos infantis.
